4. The payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
5. Orders must be placed at least 2 days prior to the scheduled pick-up time (daily cut-off time: 12:00 noon).
6. Orders are available for pick up from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm at Chocolatier, Mezzanine Floor, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.
7. Once the order is confirmed, no alteration, cancellation or refund of the order is allowed.
