Inspired by IWD’s theme colour – purple, our Executive Sous Chef – Pastry, Thomas Cabrit, has created this White Chocolate Crunch Cake to commemorate this special occasion. This crunchy white chocolate mousse cake is filled with cassis compote, bursting with the tangy sweetness of blackcurrants.
