2. Orders must be placed at least 3 days prior to the scheduled pick-up time (daily cut-off time: 12:00 noon).
3. Orders are available for pick up from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm at Blooms & Blossoms, Lobby Level, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Delivery service is available at additional charge based on the delivery address (HK$150 for Hong Kong Island, HK$250 for Kowloon and New Territories). Delivery is not available for overseas and outlying islands.
4. Once the order is confirmed, no alteration, cancellation or refund of the order is allowed.
