Collaborating with the renowned beauty brand M·A·C Cosmetics Hong Kong’s LGBTQ+ charitable initiative, VIVA GLAM collection again this year, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong's Executive Sous Chef – Pastry, Chef Thomas Cabrit and his talented team have masterfully designed a visually stunning Rainbow Cake to celebrate diversity, equality and inclusion at Chocolatier from 1 to 30 June, 2025. 

This enchanting cake is made of sponge layers with delectable refreshing yuzu and osmanthus flavours, wrapped in glamorous and vividly unique coloured rainbow cream.
