2. The day pass can be redeemed between 10AM and 6PM on your selected date. Once payment is complete, the booking is confirmed and cannot be changed.

3. Poolside sun loungers are subject to availability. First come first serve.

4. Every paying adult can bring a maximum of three paying children (aged 6-12) per pass.

5. In case of restaurant closure due to bad weather condition, The Grill shall reach out to guests for further arrangement.

6. The voucher must be presented upon redemption.

7. Redemption of World of Hyatt points is not applicable.
