The four Hyatt hotels in Hong Kong, including Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, Hyatt Regency Sha Tin, and Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui, are joining hands to support the Pink Month in October to raise public awareness of breast cancer. As the Pink Ribbon Partner of the local charity Hong Kong Breast Cancer Foundation, the four Hyatt hotels in Hong Kong have curated a collection of special cakes that will be available for a month-long Charity Cake Sale. The proceeds from this initiative, after deducting the costs, will go towards supporting HKBCF in their mission to support breast cancer patients on their road to recovery, and advocate better cancer care in Hong Kong. 

Thomas Cabrit, the Executive Sous Chef – Pastry at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, has masterfully designed the Pink Rose Cake. This decadent dessert not only showcases a delicate female silhouette atop a luscious pink rose garden but also delights with its refreshing combination of raspberry and vanilla flavours.
