4. The e-voucher (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other product or service.

5. Advanced booking is required. For reservation, please call +852 2584 7722 and indicate the use of voucher upon reservation.

6. Please present the voucher upon arrival for redemption. 

7. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotions (including Club at the Hyatt and all credit card offers).

8. This offer is not eligible for earning World of Hyatt points.
