How to use Grand Dining E-Passport?

1. Purchase the Grand Dining E-Passport from our e-shop
2. Pick up your Grand Dining E-Passport at our Chocolatier and get your free hot chocolate
3. Add the Grand Dining E-Passport to your Apple or Android wallet to savour the signature dishes
4. Redeem your dishes at your leisure from 1 December 2025 until 31 January 2026

Terms & Conditions 
1. From 1 December 2025 until 31 January 2026, the Grand Dining E-Passport must be collected in person at Chocolatier, Mezzanine Floor, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm before your first dining experience. Collection is not available prior to this date. 
2. Earn one digital stamp for each signature dish enjoyed, as listed on the Signature Dishes menu. Stamps must be issued on-site to confirm completion. A maximum of 2 stamps can be redeemed per Grand Dining E-Passport per meal.
3. The Grand Dining E-Passport is NOT applicable on 24 to 26, 31 December 2025 and 1 January 2026 inclusive. 
4. The Grand Dining E-Passport is only valid for the designated signature dishes at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong.  
5. Additional items purchased at outlets are subject to a 10% service charge. The additional 1% in your bill supports local charity Zero Foodprint Asia to help regional farmers shift to more climate friendly practices. 
6. The Grand Dining E-Passport is non-transferable and may not be combined or shared between guests. 
7.  Stamps are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be replaced or redeemed for cash. 
8. This offer is not eligible for earning World of Hyatt points and K Dollar. 
9. The signature dishes are for dine-in consumption only, no takeout. 
10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotions (including Club at the Hyatt and all credit card offers).
