To celebrate International Women’s Day and show our support to women, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong offers a special themed cake from 1 to 31 March.


This year, our Executive Pastry Chef, Kevin Chiu, has created this Elderflower White Peach Mousse Cake to commemorate the special occasion. The net proceeds from the sale of this special cake will be donated to Hong Kong Federation for Women’s Centres to extend assistance to women in need and foster the advancement of women's individual potential.
