4. Kaetsu Sushi Bento Box can be picked up at Kaetsu, M/F at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong during operation hours 12:00-14:30 and 18:00-22:00.

5. Once order is confirmed, no alteration, cancellation or refund of the order is allowed.

6. The product must be consumed within 2 hours from pickup.
