Introducing our Pastry Chef's signature creation - Chocolate Millie Feuille. As one of the classic favourites with a modern twist, this light and airy puff pastry is made with alternating layers of rich and creamy whipped ganache featuring 33% Ivoire Chocolate and Bourbon Vanilla.
